Learner Subject Distribution

The Learners Subject Distribution is a Sub-Menu that allows you to see the distribution of subjects as they are offered by your learners according to their classes and class arms. This will help you see which Learner offers what subject. To view it, take the steps below -

  1. Login to your school admin dashboard
  2. Click on Learner Management Menu
  3. Click on the Subject Distribution Sub-menu
    4. However, as you can see on the table above, even after assigning subjects to each learner, the number of subjects for learners will still show a zero value. The reason is that the system only recognizes a subject when a CA or Exam score has been inputted for that subject.
    So immediately there is an entry of CA or Exam scores for the subjects assigned to each learner, then the subject distribution will show the subjects just as shown below.
  4. You will be able to filter by session, term, class and class arms to get the list of subjects offered by each learner.
  5. You will have to scroll to the right of the table to get all subjects offered by each learner within their class arms.
